Blossoming Friendship

Carson is a HUGE fan of Jacie, the fat cat.  Jacie has never acted aggressive with Carson (even though she is a very grouchy old lady and tends to be not-so-nice)...but she does do a great job at avoiding Carson at all costs.  When John first joined her family, he received many a hiss daily until Jacie finally realized he wasn't going anywhere.  She mellowed out with him.  Now, I'm pretty sure he's her favorite.

The same resignation is again occuring with Jacie...I think she has finally accepted that Carson isn't going anywhere.  The past couple of days, she's been napping with her :)  Awwww!  She still runs when Carson starts getting too in-her-face :)  But this is a start to a beautiful friendship.  LOL!

By the way...this is a great pic to show off Carson's new ELMO blanket that JuJu bought her.  She is slightly obsessed with it.  It is definitely a favorite of the week and has been offering great entertainment for Carson and for us watching her with it.  She treats the thing like it's REALLY Elmo!  Haha!
